**Process Automation Head of Communications and Marketing**:

As the Head of Communications & Marketing and member of the Process Automation Global Leadership Team, you will drive the positioning of Process Automation (PA) as a leader in automation, electrification, and digitalization, by developing a coherent integrated communications, marketing, and brand positioning in support of and in line with the business area’s objectives and targets. You will be responsible for all strategic and tactical communications and marketing matters of the business, and lead and inspire a global team of communications and marketing experts across PA and its divisions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Create strong content, programs, campaigns, and impactful positioning opportunities for Process Automation, across strategic topics such as sustainability, energy transition, automation, and digital.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally, including media, key opinion leaders, and customers, to raise PA’s profile.
- Strengthen the ABB brand across PA’s offering and portfolio and drive awareness for PA’s value propositions through targeted multichannel campaigns, develop and manage suite of state-of-the-art communications and marketing channels and platforms.
- Accelerate lead generation through digital marketing and marketing automation, build world-class capabilities across PA and in the divisions, in close collaboration with commercial teams.
- Drive employee engagement through internal communications initiatives and provide strategic guidance to divisions and functions on key programs.
- Lead, nurture and evolve a team of global communications and marketing experts; continuously reflect changing demands to increase the function’s business impact.
- Contribute to ABB’s positioning as a member of the Group Communications Leadership team and support global ABB initiatives and campaigns.

**Your background**:

- Masters level education in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration or related discipline preferred.
- Significant experience in leading activities related to communications, brand management, marketing, digital marketing, investor relations, advertising, public & media relations, crisis communications, internal communications, and change management.
- Experience in industrial B2B sector required, B2C experience a plus.
- Strong, inspirational management skills, with experience in leading direct and indirect teams and ability to influence and inspire team of experts across geographies; high degree of cultural awareness.
- Impactful communication and marketing leader with a strong ability to build and nurture networks and a track record of building outstanding teams.
- Knowledge of marketing and communications-related technologies, tools and program development, creative direction and production.
