At Positrigo, we are committed to our vision of imaging everyone by developing the most compact and cost-effective brain PET systems. Our goal is to revolutionize nuclear medical imaging and make it widely accessible, aiding in the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. We are about to scale production of our pioneering NeuroLF device and need a dynamic operations leader to guide our industrialization efforts.

**Your Role**:As Head of Industrialization and Production, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transfer of our groundbreaking medical technology from design to scalable manufacturing. Orchestrating close collaboration with our strategic contract manufacturers, you'll ensure seamless production while driving process improvements to achieve quality standards at an optimal cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead our industrialization, while being active and practically involved in operational tasks, including in-house system integration and processes.
- Bring our electromechanical developments to production. Work on designs for manufacturing, processes, assemblies, and testing, ensuring a flawless transfer of knowledge to our contract manufacturers and their network of suppliers. Analyze and optimize our production in view of scalability, quality, and costs.
- Act as a bridge between R&D and production, translating developments into manufacturable solutions and providing essential feedback to enhance product development.
- Build strong working relationships between technical staff at Positrigo and our contract manufacturers.
- Serve as a key connector between teams in our operations, namely technical service, industrialization, and software.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Years of experience in a manufacturing/industrialization/operations role, preferably within the medical device industry or a similarly regulated field.
- Experience with quality standards, quality procedures, testing procedures
- Practical experience with ERP software
- Experience and understanding of electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Organizational skills (projects, time planning)
- Good communication skills with fluency in English; German is a plus

**Preferred**:

- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and performance.
- Advanced degree (Masters or similar) is an advantage.
- Experience with ISO 13485
- Track record in building relationships with contract manufacturers and other suppliers.
