Your primary responsibility as the Head Treasury Processes and Transformation PMO is to coordinate, support and - where necessary - drive relevant Treasury initiatives, activities and process changes supporting the transformation of the Corporate Treasury function. This includes being responsible for coordinating the execution of all initiatives, process, and system changes, identifying relevant interdependencies, and aligning necessary actions and deadline to ensure a coordinated and successful delivery and implementation. It also includes tracking and reporting on the overall progress of the transformation vs. set targets, driving the mindset change towards standardization and simplicity, and supporting the end-to-end collaboration within Treasury and across other core finance processes where required (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Deliver and Tax). It further includes running Treasury specific standardization and change management initiatives with a specific focus on cross workstream and cross functional alignment and communication, ensuring everyone part of the Treasury function is aware of relevant changes, interdependencies and impacts to his/her area of responsibility. You will be part of the Global Treasury Process Owner and Middle Office team, which oversees and coordinates the end-to-end Treasury process design, development, and transformation activities, where a proactive, hands-on and change mindset is required. As part of your responsibilities, you will be supporting and representing Treasury in the currently ongoing Finance Transformation Program (ABB Way FTP) and other projects as required.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the overall Treasury transformation and associated project, in close collaboration with the Corporate Treasury Workstream Leads and wider ABB transformation initiatives and projects.
- Support Treasury Workstream Leads in process design and development, incl. improvement programs impacting KPIs. Facilitate and coordinate the decision-making process as and where required, foremost with regard activities and initiatives affecting multiple Treasury processes.
- Set documentation standards and define templates to leverage and align best practices across the Treasury function. Track process, policy and governance. interdependencies and gaps, ensuring they are properly considered, addressed, and closed as required.
- Participate and represent Treasury in relevant projects and initiatives, driving the mindset change towards. standardization and simplicity.
- Support the definition of, track and report KPIs for Treasury as a whole and each Treasury Workstream (both transformation and performance KPIs).
- Own repository for Treasury process and exceptions documentation, and ensure complete end-to-end process and policy coverage.
- Conduct benchmark analysis and drive change and improvement projects. Drive the preparation of adequate material for management updates and presentations, incl. tracking of achievements vs. business case targets
- Support with managing change and in dealing successfully with uncertainty and all ongoing transformation programs and initiatives.

**Your background**:

- 10+ years professional experience in Finance, with hands-on experience and involvement in Project Management and transformation projects, preferred in a multi-dimensional global company. PMO experience as a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Finance or equivalent qualification. Additional professional qualification in change management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury, financial products, and markets, including cash management, funding, derivatives, and their supporting systems. Treasury Management Systems and/or SAP expertise a plus. Analytical and problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills
- Ability to see the big picture, breaking, aligning, and prioritizing individual (shorter-term) activities for the benefit of achieving set (mid/long-term) targets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving global environment and with cross functional workstream and process teams.
- Continuous improvement and process mindset and experience in driving best practice processes and related systems. Uncompromised integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
