Your primary responsibility as the Head Treasury Performance and Risk Analytics is to measure, track and report on global Treasury risk exposures and compliance with set limits as well as monitor Treasury performance and change impact KPIs introduced by ongoing change projects and initiatives. This includes creating, owning, and continuously developing the global Treasury performance and risk KPI reports and dashboards, analyzing and evaluating the performance and risks associated with ABB’s global treasury operations, producing timely, accurate and reliable performance and risk insights for operational Treasury Workstreams and Senior Management, including providing recommendations to optimize the Treasury's performance and management associated risks effectively. It also includes working closely with all Treasury Workstreams to create a truly global perspective and definition of relevant KPIs and performance metrics, driving decision making, the improvement of global KPIs and achievement of set targets. Finally, it includes monitoring the compliance with global Treasury’s policies and defined risk limits. You and your team will be part of the Global Treasury Process Owner and Middle Office team, which oversees and coordinates the end-to-end Treasury process design, development, and transformation activities, where a proactive, hands-on and change mindset is required. As part of your responsibilities, you will be supporting the Treasury Transformation and other projects as required.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all Treasury Middle Office activities
- Own and manage global Treasury dashboards and reports. Monitor and analyze global Treasury risks and exposures (incl. use of counterparties), and prepare relevant reports
- Maintain and monitors risk limits and report limit breaches. Support the development of performance and risk KPIs as well as strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks and limit risk exposures.
- Support month-end closing activities, by providing respective
- Produces reports on process compliance and performance. Identify root causes of process performance issues and work with Workstream leads to improve performance.
- Manage the Treasury Performance and Risk Analytics team to effectively support ongoing all Treasury Middle Office activities, incl. prioritization of activities to achieve set targets
- Support with managing change and in dealing successfully with uncertainty and all ongoing transformation programs and initiatives.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance/Business Administration/Controlling in a multi-dimensional global company.
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset, able to manage and structure large data quantities from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and excellent organizational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of Treasury products, processes, and systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving global environment.
- Continuous improvement and process mindset and experience desired in driving global best practice processes and related systems.
- Uncompromised integrity.
- Fluent in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
