You will be working as Global Service Portfolio Manager in Motion Service division responsible for portfolio related to recovery services, planned services and partnered solutions and will be reporting to the Head of Service Line Customer Care & Support. You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of Customer Care & Support (CCS) offering, by developing and managing the offering portfolio from end-to-end perspective according to market needs, division and service line strategy and committed targets. You will be part of the management team of global service line Customer Care & Support and will be ensuring and managing strong collaboration with Marketing & Sales (M&S) and Service portfolio teams of Service Lines (SLs) Modernization and Smart solutions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In this role you will report to the Head of Customer Care and Support with the following responsabilities:

- Leading SL CCS service product management team and ensuring that customer impact and value for ABB is created through the CCS portfolio.
- Leading strategic development of the Motion Services’ portfolio related to recovery services, planned services, and partnered solutions considering the strategic focus of SL CCS: easiness, speed, and scalability. Ensuring that explicit value propositions are built that differentiate the services from the competition and alternatives, going beyond features and benefits.
- Promoting innovation regarding management of existing portfolio and in creating new service offering and having creative thinking for innovating new business models.
- Proactive managing a shift in the portfolio to driving annual recurring revenue and shift in center of gravity from discrete to integrated / packaged offerings.
- Creating a holistic view of the offering portfolio together with other SL portfolio managers for identifying interdependencies and opportunities.
- Participating in defining market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation in cooperation with M&S and other SL’s. Supporting M&S in defining current market segmentation and service portfolio positioning for identifying potential gaps in portfolio.
- Working together with M&S and other SL’s in driving pricing excellence by ensuring correct price positioning of the service offering.
- Supporting localization of the new offering and helping to understand the modularity and compatibility with other parts of the offering.
- Together with service portfolio managers from other SL’s, continuously developing product management processes and tools including interfaces to other key functions and managing portfolio management and optimization.
- Building communities and teams to execute the portfolio development within CCS and across other SLs and M&S
- Working in close collaboration with global end-to-end process owners for customer support, service delivery and service sales for ensuring that all service products can be sold and delivered efficiently.
- Leading service selection development program and participating in Motion e-commerce initiative for driving easy buying and selling experience for Motion Services offering.

**Your background**:

- 10+ years of market and management experience in industrial or automation industry preferably having been in a product management or marketing management roles;
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken);
- Ability to communicate openly and transparently via multiple channels and to be customer-oriented and value driven approach;
- Innovative mindset and passion to think outside the box and drive change in business models and value chains;
- Capability to understand end-to-end value chains and value creation in them;
- Speed and efficiency demonstrated in the way of working;
- An excellent stakeholder engagement in business networks.
