**This position reports to**:
Global Product Line Manager ES

**Your responsibilities**:

- Heading up studies of market intelligence, defining market segmentation and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio
- Responsible for roadmaps and product portfolio for marine fuel cell systems
- Developing a business plan for fuel cells, tracking performance metrics and implementing measures for maximum profitability
- Acts as interface between external market and internal functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, and Research &Development)
- Developing sales and tendering tools, and creating product training modules and programs
- Initiating and driving cross-functional product and solution innovation teams, monitoring the development of all standards and market trends, and assisting R&D with patent-screening processes and IPR protection
- Defining the customer value proposition for vessel segments, ensuring clear communication, and delivering clear positioning within the portfolio
- Creates a Sustainability strategy for the global Offering portfolio, supporting ABB's commitment to circular economy.

**Your background**:

- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical or control engineering. Alternatively, relevant experience can be considered.
- Experience in product management tasks
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Business and customer orientation
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Excellent English skills. Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel around 50 days globally per year
- Ideally, you have prior knowledge of fuel cell systems or marine power systems.
- Experience working in an international environment and specific local requirements is an advantage
