Avaloq Headquarters is recruiting for a Global Product Manager Regulations to join the Chief Product Officer (CPO) organisation at a time of exciting growth and expansion.
As Global Product Manager Regulations you will support the Global Head of Regulatory Product Management in the area of regulatory solutions for Avaloq customers, with a strong focus on the end-to-end overview across the entire regulatory lifecycle and value chain.

**Your mission**
- Monitor and ensure early detection of new or changed client regulations, industry standards and standard adapters - focus being on payment, taxes and legal reporting topics
- Define high-level requirements, solution draft and business case
- Lead/organise/prepare sounding sessions, knowledge groups and webinars
- Drive strategic and pricing decisions on the regulatory solution approach
- Align on development priorities with our development organisation, and on process adjustments within our back-office organisation
- Facilitate reviews by professional services firms

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Keen interest in analysing regulations and industry standards
- Capability to summarise and share findings in an efficient and effective way
- Good understanding of the software development, architecture and solution management processes across the entire Avaloq Group
- Well-developed networking and influencing skills, which can be applied internally and globally
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English (written and verbally)

**You will get extra points for the following**
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar regulatory and compliance roles, preferably in software & services industry
- Expertise in areas like payments, taxes and legal reporting
