Are you able to deal with large datasets to extract relevant business insights? - We are looking for someone with your profile to help us: - monitor financial conditions and covenants as part of complex financing solutions offered to some of UBS most - sophisticated private clients- run extensive data analyses on UBS lending portfolios and share the outcome with the front and lending specialists - drive further the development of our portfolio monitoring processes by contributing directly to the design and prototyping of our in-house monitoring tools **Your team** - You’ll be working as a Junior Loan Portfolio Manager in the GWM Global Banking > Loan Portfolio Management team in Zürich. Our Team's mission is to allow to grow UBS GWM lending business, by having a sustainable approach towards credit risks, both at portfolio and single-client level. We achieve this by staying on top of GWM lending portfolio - Risks and promptly informing Client Advisors and Senior Management of any material changes. As 1St line of defense, the team responsibilities include monitoring directly complex lending transactions to manage and preempt client shortfalls throughout the financial cycle. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - graduate degree in a quantitative discipline - previous professional experience in the financial industry, ideally with focus on lending products and credit / market risk management - data analysis experience, including a flair for programming (Python and SQL) and data intelligence tools (Tableau or Power BI) - excellent interpersonal skills **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
