**Digital Transformation Program Lead, Motion Services Division (location: EU)**:

In this role you will be responsible for leading a high-priority digital transformation program which will affect Motion business (MO) and Motion Services division (MOSE) offerings, technology stack, operating model and organizational structure. You will use your influencing skills to deliver new solutions that will bring our digital business to the next level and to guide cross-functional teams in finalizing and executing a comprehensive transformation plan. This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB offices In Europe.

**This position reports to**:
Head of Modernization Services, MOSE

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drive the design and implementation of the next generation technology stack that enables our offerings through all channels.
- Orchestrate and facilitate collaboration across MOSE to ensure the implementation of the next generation digital offerings for end users and service providers.
- Support the digital enablement of MOSE traditional offerings.
- Actively collaborate with MO Product divisions to facilitate the implementation of offerings for Channel Partners and OEMs.
- Actively collaborate with Process Automation divisions to implement System Integrator offerings.
- Design and implement Organizational Blueprint and multi-channel Operating Model Blueprint to fit our Digital Strategy.
- Effectively communicate program progress, milestones, and results.
- Evaluate emerging technology solutions to determine which solutions may be most beneficial to the organization’s long-term goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI implementation in their departments.
- Create a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies.
- Conduct research on market trends to determine how new technologies may affect business operations.

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leading digital transformation programs in large multinational organizations.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Sound understanding of IIoT and remote monitoring solutions for drivetrains.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced global environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
