**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the legal field, being a qualified attorney will be a plus
- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally gained in a global, cross-cultural and cross-functional environment as in-house lawyer or in a reputable law firm with a focus on software, digital legal tools, legal technology process development.
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills driven by collaboration, transparency and technical knowhow and ability to work in complex international environment, substantial experience.
- Demonstrable leadership experience, leading and motivating (face to face and remotely) functional, business and cross-functional and cross-country teams.
- Superior advocacy and communication skills, including the ability to communicate in writing effectively and efficiently and orally, an aptitude for practical negotiation, the capability to think clearly and quickly under pressure, the composure to satisfy multiple and often competing interests and ability to share lessons learned with teammates.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills on a global level and ability to work in a complex international environment.
- Interest and curiosity in technical topics, including the rapid development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, CLM and software contracts, and in acquiring a deep understanding in Digital Business Models.
- Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- The highest integrity and professionalism, and passion for excellence and quality.
- Working in different cultures and an open mind which champions diversity and inclusion.
