The Digital solutions leader will drive technical, strategic and cross-functional digital solutions enablement, collaboration and help team navigate both owned and vended solutions. Engage with business and functional stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions. Digital solutions Leader communicates with the development team and the stakeholders, Lead product / platform design details and strategy / innovation in an effective way to help understand Demand process, requirements, practices, rules, and values.

**This position reports to**:
Global IS CX Consumer Engagement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develops the overall digital product strategy, high-level experience & solution architecture and supporting processes to ensure an industry leading customer experience and performance
- develops and drives execution of the digital product roadmap for their respective customer journey ensuring on time, on budget delivery of digital products.
- Directs Digital Product Owners (responsible for technical execution) within each respective customer journey serving as the escalation point for the development teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and execution backlog, release plans, resource balance, etc.
- An inherently cross-functional role, it requires ideating, influencing, gathering and prioritizing customer and business needs and working closely with business leadership and functional partners
- Work closely with our Customer Experience team and understand user pain points within the product, and position feature requests towards impactful product upgrades
- Work closely with CX Architecture to determine and define specific microservices, APIs and related back-end capabilities that will allow ample runway to scale product development on web and app platforms
- Write user stories, specifications, manage project execution, data feature validation, analytics event confirmations, design, run & interpret A/B tests, wireframe, and define product roll-out strategies
- Results oriented, accountable leader who is comfortable making product decisions independently, but also savvy enough to know when alignment, visibility and confirmation is required
- Introduce best practices and principles around data design and governance to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long term direction
- Drive thought leadership around our AI/ML capabilities as it relates to enabling recommendations and models around forecasting Consumer driven solutions
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Driving Digital Innovation: work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience; 6+ years in IT Product management/program/demand experience; 4+ years in demand/capacity/utilization related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer
- or business-related discipline or equivalent job experience required
- Proven ability to design and implement effective systems and methodologies for tracking progress, opportunities, risks, and budgets
- Strong communication skills (including presentation skills) with success in influencing all levels cross-functionally
- Proven ability to collaborate and demonstrate relationship building skills
- Proven ability to function effectively across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and constituents
- Demonstrated ability to focus a team to achieve goals
- Demonstrable experience in synthesizing large volumes of information and producing high-quality analysis to support senior management level decisions
- Deep knowledge of Web based technologies
- Experienced with Agile development (scrum)
