Working within the GBS (Global Business Services) Information System (IS), you will responsible in the IS solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable globally. Reporting to the Global IS Department Manager for Identity and User Access Management you will be managing/monitoring software development and analyzing data to continually improve solution. Europe is the preferred location

**This position reports to**:
Global IS Process Governance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Approving, signing-off and building any solution to be implemented on ABB Production environment, within the respective service line, keeping the quality and safety in a controlled manner
- Engaging in requirement engineering to decide.which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted
- Supporting validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owner and/or IS Lead Architect
- Reviewing and signing off the functional and technical use case specifications.

**Your background**:

- Masters Degree in Information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience and knowledge in the area of Process management and especially for Identity and Access Management requirements.
- 10 years of experience in understanding the complexity of the IT landscape in a grown technical and organization-al environment that lacks any kind of standardization.
- ITIL v3/v4 foundation is highly preferred.
- Profound background in IAM/UAM solutions and processes as well as IT security and IT compliance.
- Proven track record of technical background in software and/or infrastructure design, development and cloud implementation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, ability to listen, advise, empathize, explain.
- Strong use of design thinking approach to design digital solutions.
