**Your mission**:
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a **Capability Architect for Data Protection**. Our mission is for one of our clients, a leading global wealth manager in** Zurich.**
**Your **responsibilities**:
- Motivating Change Projects from Capability Architecture perspective;
- Reviewing and responding to new demands and requests from partners;
- Designing end to end service which introduces new capabilities or improvements into operation;
- Producing solution design concepts and working on specification of high-level requirements;
- Coordinating and leading specification, development and communication of Service architecture plans and blueprints;
- Representing **Data Leakage Prevention**;
- Ensuring project delivery as part of an Agile team supporting overall service & product roadmap.
**Qualifications**:
**Your profile and skills**:
- You have a track record of overall **10+ years of experience in various IT fields and 3+ years in the equivalent role;**:
- You are proficient in **Information security **(especially: DLP in transit/at rest, Data classification, IRM) both on-premises and in cloud;
- You have outstanding leadership experience; both in team; development/management area and in leading the project, process, product;
- You are experienced in designing new IT services according to ITIL and/or; acting as an Architect or Service Manager for IT service;
- You are experienced in working in international environments or working abroad, preferably in finance institution;
- You have the ability to build strong positive relationships across different levels of senior business partners in the organization;
- You have experience in designing, implementing and on boarding services for users migrating to the new IT solutions;
- You are familiar with technologies**:Symantec Data** at Rest, **Symantec DLP, Data** at Rest Scanning products,** RSA Archer**, **MS AIP**, **MS ADRMS**,** Zscaler DLP;**:
- You are experienced with the **Agile methodology **(including Jira, Odyssey);
- You speak **English and German;**:
- You have a **Swiss Residency.
