This role is part of the realignment of the Service Division Product Management organization. Following the creation of the new ELSE division, we are realigning the roles and responsibilities under the Portfolio Management to be more focused on developing for our customers digital and sustainable solutions/product offering. The Global Digital leader shall combine specific technical digital skills with end-users orientation / on-site effective support skills.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the definition and the implementation of ELSE Digital strategy
- Define and lead organization of Region Digital operational Centers and teams of expert supporting M&S and Operations Regions
- Cooperate with others EL Division Digital Leaders to coordinate the Digital strategies and to define potential common projects.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Systems degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years’ experience in software industry with focus on digitalization and Industrial Software, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends thorough understanding of ABB Electrification business and customer needs.
- Proven experience in digital enabled services and the related infrastructures.
- Proven experience in driving digital development for complex global organizations, ideally in electrification, energy, software, technology or automation.
- Proven personal leadership in influencing and leading teams, shaping collaborative, diverse and inclusive organizational culture with high strategic and results orientation.
- Global mind-set, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
