Head of Cloud Transformation

**About the role**:
The Head of Cloud Transformation has the responsibility to drive the Cloud deployment program across Takeda Manufacturing facilities. He/She is part of the Global Manufacturing/Supply/Quality (GMS-GQ) organization in the Data, Digital and Technology team (DD&T). He/She will partner with DD&T colleages and business stakeholders (function Heads, department leads and SMEs) to define, shape, structure and drive the Cloud Transformation in GMS-GQ. According to the cloud strategy, he will setup roadmaps and establish projects/streams that will deliver under the program execution umbrella.

The key objectives of the position are:

- **_ Program Definition and Execution_** - As senior Leader with extensive digital experience in the industry, he/she will build the strategy to enable Cloud Solutions and deploy Cloud Services across the Manufacturing, Supply and Quality organization. He/she will define the roadmap and insure appropriate program funding/finance and resources to deliver successfully. He/she will orchestrate the cloud enablement under a program structure/framework he/she will have established. The position will have the overall accountability to execute on time, budget and within approved scope.
- **_ Stakeholder Management_** - He/She will partner with key stakeholders in Global Manufacturing/Supply/Quality) and Global Data, Digital & Technology organization) to support the program objectives and execution plans..
- **_ Knwoledge management and Cloud expertise_** - As an specialist in Cloud solutions, he/she will champion the adoption of Cloud based technologies and will be accountable to educated and train all the stakeholders on Cloud capbilities.He will provide Cloud experise across our digital transformation programs.

**How you will contribute**:
**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES _**
- With key stakeholders in the Data, Digital and Technology oranization, set the vision regarding Cloud usage/migration across manufacturing facilities. Define goals and build the program to achieve the vision. The program should include (but not only):

- enabling manufacturing sites to become cloud ready and driving adoption of Cloud technologies (AWS, SaaS, PaaS) in various areas (e.g. Manufacturinf execution)
- scalable Cloud deployment use cases across the manufacturing network (30+ facilities)
- Responsible for all program management “standard” activities : execution roadmap, program structure, budgeting, funding approval, organizational structure, risk management, change management, program oversight (scope, deliverables, financials, quality) and priorities management. The Cloud Transformation program lead might have the support of program manager experts in that task
- Accountible to increase the overall Cloud technology awarensess and internal competencies through the creation and delivery of technical education/trainings plans
- Responsible to provide Cloud technology and integration expertise across various digital transformation programs within the Manufacturing, Supply and Quality organization

- Profound experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the pharma area
- Program management : Multi year experience managing complex IT projects
- Positive aptitude but able to challenge the status quo
