**Your role**
- We’re looking for Head of Engineering Enablement & EngX to:
- define Engineering standards
- design, implement and maintain best in class DevSecOps standards & practices
- drive uplift in Engineering Experience and act as the Engineer advocate for the community within and outside the division
- contribute to the transformation of our organisation to adopt the best-in-class standards and practice for Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE and automation
- design, build and manage common engineering assets such as common libraries and engineering pattern implementations
- support adoption of SRE practice within our organisation
- contribute to definition and maintenance of the end-to-end target state architecture for technology tools

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the CDIO WMPC CTO team based in our Zurich / Switzerland. Our team makes sure that business Divisions GWM S&I and Swiss Bank get the most out of our technology investment by collaborating with colleagues, delivering on projects and outlining the technical roadmap using our combined knowledge. As Head of Engineering Enablement & EngX within the CTO organization, you’ll lead a team and play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectives.

**Your expertise**
- passion and experience in building and leading a distributed team of architects and engineers
- great communication and documentation skills
- 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in evolving DevSecOps practices
- 4 years of cloud-native experience, preferably also in Azure cloud
- ideally worked as a senior IT architect or Engineer within the finance sector
- successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines
