Your Responsibilities
- Management of the global Engineering Applications competence center team (responsible for all resources and all cost allocated to the organization)
- Regular assessment together with business against the global overall IT architecture and IT strategy
- Ensure up-to-date technology and high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain the operational concept, system documentation, operations and user manuals
- Monitors IT services with regards to quality and costs
- CI improve quality and reduce costs
- Closely und regularly cooperate with the business and align the needs and the satisfaction
- Leads major incident and incident ticket resolution process
Your Profile
- 8-10 Years of relevant functional work experience
- Experience leading an internationally dispersed team and as a PM for complex projects
- Good PLM, CAD and CAe implementation and operation experience (hands on experience preferred)
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment
- English fluent
- German knowledge an advantage
