Director - Digital Transformation Strategy

For our client, an international financial services provider based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced person to take over a management position and lead the digital transformation.

**Your tasks**
- Collaborate with our client’s technology executives to help them define the strategy to transform their organizations for the digital era
- Redesign client’s Technology and broader Enterprise to utilize service and product design, publication, and management effectively and efficiently
- Guide clients to embrace new ways of working for new technologies, whilst maintaining the required rigor and contracts for regulated environments
- Help create an enterprise transformation program that includes the change required to deliver value and speed in an organization
- Have the opportunity to make an impact in large-scale IT transformation programs and shape how the IT function interacts with the business
- Manage the budget in the area of transformation and ensure resources are allocated efficiently

**Your profile**
- University Degree in Business Information Systems, Economics, Banking, Strategy or Informatics
- 6-10 years of experience in a strategic consulting firm and with Digital Transformation projects
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical capabilities, as well as verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of business planning and modelling
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
- Business proficiency in German and English is a must
- Willingness to travel, mainly in Switzerland
