OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Assister le directeur des finances dans l'administration de tous les aspects financiers du fonctionnement de l'hôtel, Veiller au respect de toutes les politiques et procédures locales et de l'entreprise, Superviser le fonctionnement quotidien du bureau de la comptabilité.- Assister le directeur des finances dans l'administration de tous les aspects financiers du fonctionnement de l'hôtel, S'assurer que toutes les politiques et procédures locales et de l'entreprise sont respectées, et Superviser le fonctionnement quotidien du bureau de la comptabilité.«La liste des tâches précisées ci-dessus n’est pas exhaustive, votre fonction supposera une adaptation constante à des situations de forte activité et de gestion spécifique de relations clients».
QUALIFICATIONS RECQUISES:
Compétences avérées en matière de leadership dans un environnement hôtelier Très haut niveau d'intégrité et de transparence Excellente lecture, écriture et compétence orale du français et de l'anglais. Solides compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles pour travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, négocier des ressources, influencer les parties prenantes et faire accepter des plans, des idées, des initiatives, etc. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale pour préparer et fournir des rapports, des présentations efficaces et pour animer des réunions. Promouvoir un environnement d'apprentissage continu qui crée une atmosphère propice aux opportunités de développement professionnel. Appliquer une approche éthique pour influencer l'issue des situations. Servir de modèle aux autres en faisant preuve d'une conduite professionnelle appropriée et de principes éthiques. chercher en permanence à améliorer/développer les performances des autres et s'efforcer en permanence d'améliorer ses propres performances-
