Event Planning Assistant

is a dynamic and innovative company based in Genève. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Planning Assistant to join our team.
Estimated Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 CHF per yearThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with organizing the logistics of camps and courses, as well as supporting the Management/Organisation of the Office on a day-to-day basis. This includes updating and maintaining various platforms & databases, including the book online system, the website & Google Docs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager with organizing the logistics of the camps and courses
- Contact coaches to obtain up to date information on participation at camps and courses
- Answer emails & phone calls from customers/clients in the main office
- Support in the organization & planning of Birthday Parties
- Assist in the scheduling of courses and camps for Winter and Spring/Summer
- Supporting the Management/Organisation of the Office on a day to day basis
- Updating and maintaining various platforms & databases
Requirements:
- An outgoing/confident person who can multitask
- Great planner & organiser who can meet deadlines
- Ability to lead projects & to work on assigned tasks independently
- Very good all-around administration skills, financial knowledge very useful
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good researcher
- Excellent computer skills with very good knowledge of excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
- Fluent English and French required, German a bonus
