Role Overview

We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support and coordination services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director and senior leadership team with diary management, scheduling, and internal/external appointment coordination.
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, including drafting presentations, minutes, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Office Management
  • Oversight of office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordination with external service providers and suppliers.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees regarding office-related matters.
Fleet Management
  • Administration of company vehicles, including insurance, leasing updates, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies regarding the vehicle fleet.
  • Optimizing fleet costs and promoting sustainability practices.
Facility Management
  • Oversight of company facilities, including maintenance and organization.
  • Coordination of external service providers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring an optimal working environment for employees.
