We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Managing Director and selected members of the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external appointments, including diary management and preparation of meetings
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow within the organization
  • Oversee office operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be involved in fleet management, facility management, and event organization. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
