IT Recruitment Consultant @Nicoll Curtin | Front-End and Back-End Software DevelopmentOne of our clients, an innovative SaaS start-up revolutionizing the marketing industry, is seeking a Junior Software Support Specialist to join their growing team and contribute to the continued enhancement of their cutting-edge product.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction by collecting requirements, troubleshooting and resolving minor issues using SQL and Python (or other scripting languages), and escalating more complex problems to the senior Software Engineers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CTO and senior team members, receiving hands-on training and mentorship with a clear path to transition into a Software Developer role within 1-2 years.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Support or Software Development role.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python preferred).
- A genuine passion for technology and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Full proficiency in German and English.
The company offers a highly flexible work-from-home policy, requiring just one day per week in the office. During the onboarding period (first 3-6 months), office presence increases to three days per week to facilitate training and integration into the team.
