About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. As a Frontline Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering 'FIVE-star' service standards while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience;
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement service goals and objectives;
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of FIVE's venues, menus, events, and offerings to assist guests at every opportunity;
  • Taking ownership of guest concerns and requests, and acting decisively to ensure guest satisfaction;

You will thrive in this role if you have a hands-on approach, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and a passion for finding creative solutions. Our ideal candidate will have previous relevant serving experience (1-3 years), a Swiss work permit or EU ID/Passport, and good communication skills in English (minimum B1 level) and German.
