Life Sciences Sales Strategist

Databricks is a leading player in the Unified Data Analytics and AI space, with over 10,000 organizations worldwide relying on its Data Intelligence Platform to unify and democratize data, analytics, and AI.
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Switzerland, focusing on deepening existing commercial relationships and closing new business opportunities with one of our largest clients in the life sciences sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, as well as experience managing large enterprise-class life sciences clients in Switzerland. They will also possess proven skills in selling complex software deals and developing effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess key accounts and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals
- Implement successful execution plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Build positive relationships with key decision-makers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI-related subjects
- Identify new business opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases within key accounts
- Showcase exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations and close deals
