Logmind is an innovative and dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Our cloud-based log data analysis platform automatically detects problems in an organization's application and infrastructure log data, helping IT teams identify and solve technical issues proactively.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and autonomous individual with drive and passion to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have prior experience in enterprise software sales and a strong understanding of IT operations, DevOps, IT security, or log management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling, emails, and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to demonstrate the value of our solution.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers at different levels of an organization.
  • Managing negotiations and closing contracts.
  • Providing after-sales support and regular contact with customers to maximize their loyalty.
  • Maintaining measurable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to meet revenue targets.
