We are seeking a highly skilled Market Collaboration Lead to join our team at Mars Deutschland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enabling the creation of demand plans that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the consensus forecast, incorporating system input and forecasting analyst inputs, to drive the supply plan.
  • Ensure demand plans are shared with stakeholders in the required format, level of detail, accuracy, and timing.
  • Assess trends, risks, and opportunities with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance teams.
  • Collaborate across the E2E planning organization on risks and opportunities.
  • Review forecast performance metrics to develop an action plan to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • BSc or BA in business, supply chain management, science, and/or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of demand management experience for a global or multi-plant CPG/FMCG company.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • E2E understanding of Supply Chain with detailed experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management.
