About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creator Marketing Graduate. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Creator Marketing program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics of Creator collaborations to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with HQ and peer markets to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support budget management for specific projects to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and develop the program in alignment with the Creator Marketing Manager to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate external deals and contracts with suppliers, agencies, and streamers to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Network & Relations

  • SOURCE and maintain relationships with creators to foster a strong network of influencers.
  • Support the consistent integration of products into creators' channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage a dedicated group of Key Creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other markets to enhance project variety and drive business growth.
  • Act as a point of contact for all Marketing departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Project and Events Activations

  • Help activate main projects from the Marketing calendar using the roster of Creators to drive business growth.
  • Assist in executing dedicated projects to meet business objectives.
  • Support corporate projects like The Organics by Red Bull, AlphaTauri, and various Sports, Culture, and On Premise events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure the program evolves with dedicated Creator projects to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media.
  • Proven excellence in academic life.
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus.
  • A history of pursuing personal passions and extra-curricular achievements.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a 'go-getter' mentality when tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
  • Open and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Native in German or French, fluent in English (written, spoken).
