We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Athletes Marketing team as a Graduate Program participant. This 18-month program offers a unique opportunity to work with our highly professional teams and showcase your capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the creation, coordination, and execution of athlete projects and sponsorships. Your logistics expertise will ensure seamless sponsorship activations, from advertising materials to branding elements. You'll also handle the coordination of sponsorship requests, maximizing opportunities.

Athlete Management & Coordination

You'll be involved in scouting and selecting future Red Bull athletes, contributing to the development of our athlete portfolio. You'll collaborate with other sponsors and athlete managers, and assist in realizing and controlling athlete sponsorships & activations, requiring independent planning.

Business Planning

Our Athletes Marketing Team covers all aspects of an athlete's professional journey. You'll support the creation of athlete business plans, ensuring a solid foundation and clear objectives. You'll assist with communication, logistics, and media optimization, allowing athletes to focus on performance.

Back Office & Event Support

You'll take responsibility for athlete activations and coordinate information flow to internal departments and teams. You'll manage back-office tasks like correspondence, mailings, reporting, and maintaining Sportsnet mappings. Additionally, you'll provide on-site support at various Red Bull events for athlete-related topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with a wide understanding of the field of sports (from mainstream to action sports)
  • Proven excellence in your academic life
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
  • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a 'go-getter' mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
  • Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
  • Native in German or French, fluent in English (written, spoken)
