Realise your talent As a Creator Marketing Graduate, you will support the team in developing and enhancing the Creator Marketing program at Red Bull Switzerland.
**Job Description** Creator Program**
You will assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics of Creator collaborations, maintain ongoing communication with HQ and peer markets, and support budget management for specific projects. Additionally, you will monitor and develop the program in alignment with the Creator Marketing Manager and support negotiations for external deals and contracts with suppliers, agencies, and streamers.

**Network & Relations**
You will assist in sourcing and maintaining relationships with creators, support the consistent integration of products into their channels, and manage a dedicated group of Key Creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. Additionally, you will help ensure strong connections with Key Creators, collaborate with other markets to enhance project variety, act as a point of contact for all Marketing departments, and drive internal education and awareness about Creators.

**Project and Events Activations**
You will help activate main projects from the Marketing calendar using the roster of Creators, assist in executing dedicated projects, and support corporate projects like The Organics by Red Bull, AlphaTauri, and various Sports, Culture, and On Premise events. Additionally, you will ensure the program evolves with dedicated Creator projects, nurturing the Red Bull Media Network through serialized content for various channels, and integrate Creators into projects according to guidelines to maintain healthy relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Digital Media
- Proven excellence in your academic life
- Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
- Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
- Native in German or French, fluent in English (written, spoken)
