About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Global Message Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns, developing and implementing Account Based Marketing strategies, and managing and optimizing CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization, to engage with our target audience and drive business results.
  • ABM Campaigns: Design and implement Account Based Marketing strategies to target key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems, including the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows, to ensure data integrity and efficient customer engagement processes.
  • Paid Campaigns: Define, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on lead behaviors and market trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on email campaign performance, lead nurturing metrics, and CRM data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in Tech, SaaS, or Telco industries.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience using Marketing Automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and other tools like ZoomInfo. Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and approaches, and experience developing, building, and monitoring paid campaigns.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, and experience working with PM tools like JIRA and Miro.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative working style and ability to effectively engage with colleagues and teams cross-functionally on projects and initiatives.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
