Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales and administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and administration team, including creating summaries, analyzing data, and maintaining records.
  • Update and maintain the internal database and website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the recruitment department and sales department in various tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and methods related to the protection of personal data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 6 months of experience in a similar role in an international environment.Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German (native).Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to multi-task, shift direction, and prioritize effectively.Positive attitude and ability to establish and maintain relationships with managers and stakeholders.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer
