Project and Administration Support

The Project and Administration Support role is a key position within our Sales team at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Schweiz GmbH.

This role provides critical support to our Sales functions, including the Regional Director DACH and Benelux, by managing projects, maintaining administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects assigned by Management, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Support Sales Representatives with detailed reports, statistics, and analysis to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Management's appointment schedule, planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel as required.
  • Assist with travel expense accounting using the CONCUR system.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.
  • Manage purchase orders and contracts with distributors and sales organizations.
  • Act as the primary contact for data privacy concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
  • Experience in project or system management, with a strong understanding of the diagnostic industry.
  • Ability to think innovatively and facilitate change in a customer-focused organization.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Core competencies include planning, problem-solving, negotiations, and facilitation.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, as this role has access to sensitive information.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in French a plus.
