Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with German language expertise to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, trouble ticket management, supplier price list uploading, customer price list management, new customer and supplier interconnections, testing procedures SMS, DLR, MNP, HLR, traffic monitoring, traffic routing, billing or rating troubleshooting, and training of other support consultants or employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our communications solutions.
  • Managing trouble tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Uploading supplier price lists and managing customer price lists.
  • Establishing new customer and supplier interconnections.
  • Conducting testing procedures for SMS, DLR, MNP, HLR, and other technical aspects.
  • Monitoring and routing traffic.
  • Resolving billing or rating issues.
  • Training other support consultants or employees.
Requirements
  • Excellent English and German language skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and customer care skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in SMS business will be considered an advantage.
