Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Therapy Specialist Structural Heart to join our team in German-speaking Switzerland. As a Sales and Therapy Specialist Structural Heart, you will be responsible for providing clinical case coverage of our Structural Heart Transcatheter technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Therapy Specialist Structural Heart, you will:

  • Help manage the entire patient pathway management starting from patient selection to proctoring procedures in the cath lab / hybrid room.
  • Train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the use of transcatheter technologies and provide technical support to physicians during procedures, including trouble-shooting.
  • Provide professional support for study activities and scientific projects.
  • Manage and obtain results from a variety of outside constituencies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Medical Clinical Support and Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in German and good language skills in English; other European languages are an additional plus.
  • Computer skills (Word / Excel / PPT).
  • Strong technical product and procedure knowledge, including trouble-shooting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge: ability to interpret clinical study data.
  • Leadership skills: able to influence a variety of clinician personality types.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: able to deliver clinical, procedural, technical information in a precise and concise way, able to build relationships.
  • Compliance in highly regulated environment: respect all the quality rules set by Structural Heart.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to identify and resolve issues and to adapt best practices across institutions.
