Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing businesses and expand the customer base;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service;
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions;
- Stay up-to-date with company offerings, technology, and products to provide expert knowledge to clients;
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns;
- Educate clients about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services to drive engagement;
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
- Proven customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
- Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
