We provide skilled experts and deliver rapid and reliable results through our nearshore approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to reach new prospects and expand the customer base;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication;
- Record and manage sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
- Manage and enhance social media channels to increase engagement;
- Stay up-to-date with company offerings, technology, and products to provide excellent customer service;
- Educate prospects/customers about product features and benefits to drive engagement;
- Perform administrative tasks such as post management.
- Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
- Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
- Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
