Project and Administration Support

At Abbott, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project and Administration Support specialist.

This role provides critical support to our Sales team, including project management, administrative tasks, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects assigned by management, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed reports, statistics, and analysis to support Sales Representatives in their daily activities.
  • Maintain the management appointment schedule, planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel as required.
  • Support with travel expense accounting using the CONCUR system.
  • Plan and monitor the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Manage purchase orders and contracts with distributors and sales organizations.
  • Act as the primary contact for data privacy inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
  • Previous experience in project or system management.
  • Understanding of the diagnostic industry.
  • Experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer-focused organization.
  • Ability to think innovatively and outside the box.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, as this role has access to sensitive information.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in English and German, with French as an asset.
