Technical Services Coordinator

Job Summary
The Technical Services Intern will be supporting the TS Europe team and reporting into the Director of Design & Technical Services. This role will assist in visualizing the Aman design standards and translating design ideas and guidelines into digital sketches and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the TS Director in the early visualization of special projects or CAPEX projects' design-related proposals, ensuring alignment with Aman's design standards.
- Collaborate with the TS team to realize schematic program proposals in Revu as part of desk-top feasibility studies, utilizing technical skills to drive project success.
- Organize and maintain as-built drawings of existing properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the spatial visualization of the Aman Standard Guidelines (space diagrams, flow diagrams, etc.), contributing to the development of Aman's design language.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture with strong knowledge and affinity with interior design, as well as a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with aspects of luxury hotel, resorts, and residence projects, including design principles and technical requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages desirable), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and ReVu for creating detailed technical drawings and reviewing design documents.
- Strong work ethic, cultural sensitivity, and ability to collaborate effectively with multi-national professional teams across multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
