About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Global Message Services. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical support function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the Support Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement procedures and workflows to enhance teamwork and communication.
  • Manage customer and supplier tickets, analyzing data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, balancing workloads and monitoring progress to ensure successful task completion.
  • Communicate professionally with customers via various channels, maintaining accurate records and adhering to communication standards.
  • Coordinate projects with the commercial team, ensuring seamless execution, monitoring progress, and facilitating cross-team communication.
  • Lead in critical situations, demonstrating strong leadership and composure, mobilizing the team, and conducting post-incident reviews for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the SMS business.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and high organizational skills.
