About the Role:
GMS, a leading AI-driven communications solutions partner, seeks a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key commercial and technical point of contact, you will work closely with our reseller clients to understand their business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day business with reseller clients.
- Understand clients' business and technical needs and involve the right pre-sales team to design solutions that meet those needs.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure efficient solution delivery.
- Manage and resolve technical issues for assigned accounts.
- Provide product training and technical advice to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Create and update account plans and ensure they are followed.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist in contract renewal and negotiation processes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to negotiate commercials maximizing results.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving specific goals.
- Ability to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
