About the Role

Veeam, the global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Consultant to empower organizations to achieve radical resilience through data security, data recovery, and data freedom for their hybrid cloud. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with our Sales Teams and help to evangelize our product offerings to customers and partners.

This role requires significant travel within the region of responsibility. To excel in this position, you need to have strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant industry, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical individuals.

We are looking for a self-starter who drives business opportunities in a proactive manner and acts as a trusted advisor in the ecosystem. Your tasks will include:

  • Working with sales to help secure and grow business with new and existing end-user customers, Cloud and Hosting Providers
  • Providing web-based and on-site demonstrations of Veeam product portfolio, including training, enablement, and joint meetings
  • Providing pre-sales support and/or on-site assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam software
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and strategic alliance partners
  • Providing input for and participating in Veeam marketing events
  • Conducting Product POCs (Proof of Concept) to customers
  • Preparing the B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customers
  • Demonstrating new technologies and training internal staff/customers
  • Working independently or with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Providing Technical compliance and competitive analysis of products that are part of the solution
  • Hands-On experience in Hypervisors and Cloud environments

Coordinate presales efforts with customers, through the help and collaboration of Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services figures (regardless if they are Veeam colleagues or via Partners).
