About the Role

GMS is a leading provider of AI-driven communications solutions for Mobile Network Operators and enterprises globally. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with reseller clients, understanding their business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues for assigned accounts, providing expert product training and technical advice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, creating and updating account plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, assisting in contract renewal and negotiation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience, with a focus on achieving specific goals.
  • Results-driven with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to negotiate commercials and maximize results.
