About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Global Message Services. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for our reseller clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' business and technical needs and involve the right pre-sales team members to support with the design of solutions that meet those needs.
  • Coordinate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure efficient solution delivery.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues for assigned accounts.
  • Provide product training and technical advice to clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Create and update account plans and ensure they are followed.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Assist in contract renewal and negotiation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to negotiate commercials maximizing results.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving specific goals.
  • Ability to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
