Job Title: Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Global Message Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical support team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and providing exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ticket Management: Manage customer and supplier tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a comprehensive ticket system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to ensure seamless project execution and facilitate cross-team communication.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the SMS business, with a strong understanding of internet technologies and MS Office applications.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: High organizational skills, self-motivation, reliability, and logical thinking ability.
