Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to our Group CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group CEO's schedule and calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data analysis, and research.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of travel expenses and other financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluent German and English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
