Administrative Support Specialist

Liquid-Markets GmbH, a dynamic FinTech startup based in Baar, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support our team in a flexible role of 16-25 hours. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated, and bi-lingual candidate to manage relationships with utilities companies, vendors, and public authorities, as well as maintain office filing systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities• Assist in managing relationships with utilities companies, vendors, and public authorities
• Maintain and manage office paper and electronic filing systems
• Manage and conduct office operations and clerical functions
• Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, and non-IT equipment management
• Occasional English German translation work
Requirements• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic Internet tools
• Previous experience in roles with administrative responsibilities
