Our company is at the forefront of transforming structural heart therapies, leading the development of more advanced solutions for patient care. This position will be primarily responsible for providing clinical case coverage of our Structural Heart Transcatheter technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with Structural Heart's key objectives
  • Drive business growth through effective business planning and management
  • Create customer-centric concepts and strategies based on evolving market conditions
  • Implement and manage the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) process within the sales teams
  • Participate in price management, considering market conditions and compliance
  • Set individual goals for sales territories
  • Coordinate and manage all field staff activities
  • Develop and coach field staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Effectively plan and manage set budgets
  • Manage Structural Heart Human Resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Life Sciences, or Technical Sciences; a Master's or Ph.D. in Business Administration is preferred
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in the Life Science industry and cardiology space
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong analytical, finance, and forecasting skills, as well as process-oriented and strategic planning skills
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of clinical study creation and interpretation
  • Excellent knowledge of the healthcare system and reimbursement structures
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel in Switzerland (approximately 70% of the time)
