Job Summary

AMAN is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our project initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and stakeholders are informed of project progress.

Project Monitoring and Control

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action to ensure project deliverables are met.

Technical Documentation

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Communication and Reporting

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet. Strong understanding of project management processes, standards, and governance. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Additional Requirements

Swiss/EU nationality or existing working permit in Switzerland. Experience in hospitality and/or hotel pre-openings is highly desirable. Ability to work in a multicultural remote team environment.
