Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our international IT teams and oversee IT initiatives at Bodum AG. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support, promote collaboration, and drive innovation across our diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Direct and manage IT team members to achieve company goals.
  • Foster the professional development and training of IT personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Technical Support and Operations:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to company colleagues as needed to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, applications, and networks to maintain business continuity.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with various business units to understand and address IT requirements and needs.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for business-related projects to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Vendor Relations:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with IT vendors and service providers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Oversee contract negotiations to ensure value and quality for the company.

Strategic Planning:

  • Stay updated on technology trends to maintain Bodum AG's competitiveness and stay ahead of the curve.

Required Travel:

  • Occasional travel within Europe to coordinate IT operations across various locations and ensure seamless business operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL databases, Windows servers, and Windows clients to ensure effective IT operations.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as an IT manager to lead and manage IT teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take the lead in the IT domain to drive innovation and growth.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing business processes, contracts, and partnerships to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Willingness to provide 'hands-on' support for operations and projects to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speech, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
